About Me
My Background
I am a RRCA certified Level 1 Coach with over 40 years of running experience, having competed in high school and college cross country and track, participated in numerous road races, and completed over 30 marathons. I have successfully trained beginners to finish half and full marathons, helped half marathoners achieve personal bests, and guided full marathoners to impressive records, including sub-3-hour finishes. As a runner over 40, I hold personal bests of 2:48:59 in the marathon (at age 46), 1:18:00 in the half marathon, 36:47 in the 10K, 27:30 in the 8K, and 17:13 in the 5K.
