I am a USATF certified Level 1 Coach

With over 40 years of running experience, I have competed in high school and college cross country and track, participated in road races of various distances, and completed more than 30 marathons and counting.

Training Successes:

Trained beginning runners to complete half and full marathons.
Trained half marathoners to personal bests.
Trained full marathoners to record pr's including sub 3 hours!
